Production times vary based on project complexity and current workload. Estimated delivery dates are provided at the time of order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including shipping carrier delays.
We strive to produce high-quality prints that match your specifications. Minor variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing technology. We will work with you to address any significant quality issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Customgiftgift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
